Mid-East Community Action Agency
Overview: The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program provides assistance in managing costs associated with home energy bills and energy crisis.  Priority in energy assistance, as well as the level of assistance, is based on the energy burden, income, and size of the applicants household.
